Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order at any time before the order is shipped. Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.

Cancellation Eligibility:
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the customer will need to follow the returns process. -
How to Cancel:
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us immediately at info@strictlyapple.org or call us at (614) 944-8073 with their order number. -
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 5% cancellation fee, within 5-7 business days of confirming the cancellation.
