Warranty Policy
At Strictly Apple, we are committed to providing high-quality, affordable Apple products. To ensure customer satisfaction, all purchases made through our store come with a 1-Year Non-Accidental Limited Warranty.
What is covered:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If a hardware defect is found and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product at no extra cost to you.
What is not covered:
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage (such as drops, spills, or cracks)
- Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized repairs
- Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents
- Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., floods, fires)
- Battery degradation from normal use
- Personal information stored on the device
- Extended warranties can not be purchased for Canadian customers.
How to make a claim:
If you experience any issues with your device within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team at Info@strictlyapple.org with the following details:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
We will provide instructions for shipping the device to our repair center, and any shipping costs for warranty claims will be covered by Strictly Apple.
Strictly Protection Plan Coverage
What’s Covered:
Everything except theft or loss — including accidental damage, hardware failure, and internal defects. Parts and labor are fully covered.
Claim Fee:
A flat $25 service fee applies per claim.
What's Not Allowed:
Third-party repairs will void your warranty immediately. Monthly warranties will also be canceled if this happens — even if you're still paying for it.
Eligibility:
Coverage is only available for devices purchased from Strictly Apple.
- Flat-rate warranties must be registered within 14 days of purchase.
- Monthly warranties must be added at the time of sale.
Claims Process:
Claims are submitted through our online portal (coming soon).
Turnaround time is typically 3–4 business days once received.
Shipping is covered both ways.
Repair or Replacement:
We repair unless the cost exceeds 150% of the device’s value. If so, we'll offer a replacement of the same model.
If repair costs exceed 150%, you may owe the difference.
Limits:
You can file up to 2 claims per 12-month period.
Cancellation Policy:
- Flat-rate warranties: Cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
- Monthly plans: Cancel anytime.
- Financed warranties cannot be canceled.
Warranty Length:
Starts on purchase date. Choose from 2, 3, or 4 years, or go month-to-month with a subscription.
