At Strictly Apple, we are committed to providing high-quality Apple products at affordable prices to all our customers. Below are the policies for customers based in the USA and Canada. Please read carefully to understand the policies that apply to your specific region.

USA Customers:

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled at any time before they are shipped.
  • Cancellations will incur a 5% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.
  • Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the item must be returned following our return policy.

Return Policy

  • Claims must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies, or you may opt for in-store credit with no additional fees.
  • We must receive the returned item within 30 days of delivery.
  • Pre-paid shipping labels are provided upon request.
  • All extended warranties are non-refundable

Warranties

  • All devices and repairs are covered by a 1-year warranty against non-accidental issues.
  • Accessories such as charging cables and blocks are warranted for 30 days against non-accidental issues.
  • The warranty does not cover data or personal information.

Damages and Issues

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

  • Devices can be exchanged for an item of equal value or higher (with a price difference paid).
  • The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Product Condition

  • Our products are available in the following conditions: Clearance, Used, Open Box, and Brand New Sealed. Product images are stock photos and may not reflect the exact device you receive.

 



Canadian Customers:

  • We must receive the returned item within 30 days of delivery.
  • Pre-paid shipping labels are provided.
  • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees related to the purchase, which are non-refundable.
  • If a device is returned due to failed delivery and received back at Strictly Apple, a $30 reshipment fee applies if the customer requests the device to be sent back.

Warranties

  • All devices come with a 1-year non-accidental warranty.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover accidental damage.
  • We will provide a return shipping label for warranty-covered repairs or replacements.
  • Note: Extended warranties cannot be purchased in Canada. If an extended warranty is purchased, it will be automatically canceled and refunded. The device will still be shipped, but it will not come with any extended warranty coverage other than the 1-year non-accidental warranty.

 


 

Key Differences Between USA and Canadian Policies:

  1. Duties and Fees: Canadian customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees, which are non-refundable.
  2. Extended Warranties: Canadian customers cannot purchase extended warranties. If attempted, the warranty will be canceled and refunded, but the item will still ship without warranty coverage.
  3. Undelivered Items: Canadian customers will be charged a $30 reshipment fee for undelivered items returned to Strictly Apple, while no such fee is applicable for USA customers.
