I bought a MacBook Pro from them. Shipping was quick, it set up fine, but when it was time to charge it, there were a few kinks. Customer service was fantastic. Since repairing it was going to take longer than my needs allowed, they exchanged it with an upgrade at no cost for my trouble. Both email and in person service was excellent. I will buy from them again and recommend to friends.
